Use of the app

Learn Imla is an educational app for learning English grammar and vocabulary. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.

Prohibited conduct

You may not: • Reverse-engineer or copy the app or its content • Use the app for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

Subscriptions & billing

Learn Imla offers Solo, Family, and Teacher/School subscription plans, billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan. Web purchases are processed by Paddle.com as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Purchases made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are billed and managed by those stores directly. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Intellectual property

All content, graphics, and code in Learn Imla are the property of Avner Avigad. All rights reserved. Third-party assets are used under their respective licenses.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or data loss.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avner Avigad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
