Every payment to Learn Imla is refundable in full within 14 days — no questions asked, no exceptions and no conditions. This applies to every purchase, including each subscription renewal, whatever plan you are on and however much you have used the app. To request a refund, contact us at learnbygame100@gmail.com within 14 days of the payment, or use the "Cancel + full refund" option in your account. We will not ask you for a reason. This guarantee sits alongside, and never replaces, your statutory rights under Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981), the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) for EU residents, and the US FTC Negative Option Rule for US residents.

Cancellation more than 14 days after a payment

Monthly plans (Solo, Family): cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for — no partial refund for the remainder of that period. Yearly plans (Solo, Family, Teacher/School): more than 14 days after the payment you can still leave, and you get money back for the part of the year you have not used. The yearly price is a discount in exchange for taking a year, so the months you did use are charged at the ordinary monthly price of the same plan, and the rest is refunded: refund = what you paid − (months used × the monthly price) A month counts as used as soon as it begins. Because the yearly price is around half the monthly one, the refund reaches zero part-way through the year — from the 7th month on a Solo or Family plan, and the 5th month on a Teacher/School class. From then on there is nothing left to refund, and cancelling simply stops the renewal while your access runs to the end of the year you paid for. If you used a discount code, "what you paid" is the discounted price, while the months you used are still counted at the ordinary monthly price — so the refund is smaller and reaches zero sooner. If the discount made the year cheaper than a single month, there is nothing to refund, and cancelling simply stops the renewal. To leave early, use the "Leave the annual plan early" option in your account — it cancels and refunds in one step, and shows you the exact amount before you confirm. Where the law of your country gives you a wider right to cancel an ongoing subscription — including the cancellation rights in the Israeli Consumer Protection Law for continuing transactions — that right applies and this section does not limit it. How billing works

Web purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and merchant of record — Paddle handles payment collection and is responsible for order-related inquiries and refund processing. Purchases made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are billed, managed, and refunded by those stores directly under their own refund policies.

Prices are shown in USD on our website; your bank or card statement may show a converted local amount and any applicable tax. In-app-store prices may differ and follow that store's own pricing.
