Parents, Solo learners, teachers and school admins can delete their account at any time: 1. Sign in at learnimla.com or in the Learn Imla app. 2. Open Settings and tap "Manage my data (export or delete account)". 3. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm. For a parent or Solo learner, this permanently removes your profile, every child profile linked to it, and all learning progress. For a teacher or school admin, it removes your profile and account and closes your solo classes; school classes stay with the school. If you founded your school, the whole school is closed: a pupil with a parent account keeps their progress, and a pupil without one is held for 30 days so a parent can download or delete it, then deleted. The same screen also lets you download a copy of your data first. We cancel every class subscription a deleted account paid for: a paid term runs to its end. If anything is still billed after you delete, email us. A pupil in a class has no account of their own. A parent deletes a child linked to their account in the app: one child from that child's Settings, or all of them with the parent's own account. When a pupil with no parent account leaves their last class, we email the parent address the school gave us (if any) a link to delete their data.
Email learnbygame100@gmail.com from the address on the account and tell us what you want: to see, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw consent for your child. Use this route if your child joined through a class and is not linked to your account, or if you cannot sign in. We reply within 30 days, and may ask a question to confirm the account is yours.
Deleted: your name, email or phone, sign-in details, child profiles, class memberships, scores, progress and notification settings. Kept: payment and invoice records, which Paddle, our payment provider, must keep for tax law. Usage analytics are not linked to your name and expire on their own within 2 months.
